Photo Project 365

This is a photo blog focused on but not limited to study of composition and tonal relations in photographs.

It is a continuation my Project 365 from 2010 a moderately successful attempt to make and publish one photography each day for one year.

The Project lost it's steam somewhere half along the way and this place became a depository of my more satisfying photos.

D 155 - Busy Bees

On a walk in the park with my son he collected sow thistles and suddenly a hungry bee came down to feed on those I held in my hand. I just had a mobile phone handy and took this macro shot.

Equipment

Sony-Ericsson W810i.
Cropped and enhanced saturation in Lightroom.

What I learned

I learned to finally leave behind Picasa and do the works in Lightroom. I don't even need to use GIMP, because I don't do any multiple-exposure shots or collages and I gradually learn to appreciate the functions of Library module.
